100% of the event proceeds will be dedicated to building an educational program for schools across North America, providing teachers and students with environmentally regenerative solutions to feed the world and cool the planet.
$500 – Businesses with annual sales of $250,000+
$350 – Businesses with annual sales of $100,000 – $249,000
$200 – Businesses with annual sales between $50,000 – $99,000
$100 – Businesses with annual sales under $50,000
$100 – Individuals and Non-Profit Organizations
Sharing a space is allowed, but we do not accept separate payments. One vendor is responsible for full payment and can collect the monies owed by vendor they are partnering with.

What to Bring:

Your own tent, weights, table and chairs OR you can rent from the event venue.*
- Handtruck and/or dolly
- Table linens/skirting
- Display materials: products, signs, etc.
- Marketing materials: brochures, business cards, etc.
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Your own food and drinks (or purchase on site).
- A re-usable water bottle: Toronto Water will be on site with free tap water.
*Vendor booth rentals:
- 10’x10′ Canopy Tent w/ weights – $100 (mandatory if you do not have your own tent)
- 6′ table – $25 per table
- Chairs – $5 per chair

Please note: we are not renting electric amps as there are a few outlets available. Therefore electric is only available to vendors absolutely requiring it (i.e. food vendors).
General Vendor Policies:
- ALL products and services promoted and sold at the Gen-Earth event MUST have a connection and affinity to Gen-Earth’s regenerative goal to clean and improve our planet.
- All vendors, except non-profits, will be responsible for having the appropriate Ontario sales tax number and for collecting appropriate HST.
- All vendors must have a tent: you may provide your own booth/tent set-up or rent from the event venue. All tents must be safely secured; staking is not permitted in Nathan Phillips Square. Weights and/or sandbags are recommended.
- All vendors are required to have a Vehicle Access Pass to enter the Square for loading / unloading.
- We are an Earth Day event, which means our goal is Zero Waste!
Exhibitors are asked to use minimal packaging, and environmentally responsible print materials and give-aways.
Food & Beverage Vendor Policies:
- Toronto Public Health Forms must be completed and emailed to jenbermandiaz@gmail.com no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 30, 2018.
- All Food & Beverages Vendors must complete and submit a Public Health Form in order to receive their vendor pass.
- Food and Beverage Vendors are required to provide hand-washing stations and food-handler certificates.
- Distribution or sales of bottled water is strictly prohibited.
- ALL food products sold at Gen-Earth event MUST have a connection and affinity to Gen-Earth’s regenerative goal to clean and improve our planet, ideally organic, but definitely no GMOs, pesticides or chemical additives.
- We are an Earth Day event, which means our goal is Zero Waste!
Food and beverage vendors are asked to use minimal packaging and environmentally responsible plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
Vendor/Exhibitor Set-Up and Take-Down:
VEHICLE ENTRY / EXIT POINT:
Bay Street south of Dundas Street
Your vehicle may enter the site at the corner of Chestnut Street and Armoury Street. Gem-Earth volunteers will be on hand to help and direct you to your booth.
MOVE-IN AND UNLOAD:
9:30 am – 11:30 am (Please do not arrive earlier)
Instructions will be sent to registered Vendors & Exhibitors.
All vehicles must be off Nathan Phillips Square by 12:00 PM sharp!
Event begins at 1:00 pm.
LOAD -OUT (same day as event):
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

While driving on site, use your 4-way hazard lights, maintain a speed of no more than 15km/hr or less, and have a person walk beside/escort your vehicle. Do not idle your vehicle.
Vendor/Exhibitor Parking:
There is no public parking on the Square. There is no free parking provided.
Public parking is available on Chestnut Street behind Nathan Phillips Square or under Nathan Phillips Square at City Hall (entrances off Bay Street, south of Dundas Street or on Queen St).
Vehicles parked in the media lot near the compactor, northwest of City Hall, will be tagged by parking enforcement.
